APBA J: Racing that makes a difference!

Perhaps the best way to start is to explain what outboard racing and the APBA J class means to me is to explain that my perspective is that of a parent of Junior Hydro (now called APBA J by the American Power Boat Association) racers. Mostly, what Junior Class racing means to me is a very positive influence on my two children, Chris and Kim, as they grew up.
